I DO read these and enjoy them very much. This is significant because, as you are aware, even though I consider you a very close friend, I didn't read your previous blog. Not because it wasn't interesting or relevant or well written or I was holding some kind of grudge. I wanted to, but I just never got to it . My head was full of so many details and things to remember, that sitting down to a new- albeit fun- task was pretty much out of the question. I do apologize. You deserved better from a friend. Thankfully you are quite forgiving of such things.

I have routed your stack to my work email and I LOVE it! I can get a few minutes of mental joy and "Deep Thoughts" amusingly written (it's very Handy). it is easy for me to find now ,and , yes, I would pay a small amount monthly to read your adventures and ponderings. I'm a cheapskate at heart, but these are worth it for me. I would enjoy them while you are not out traveling, too, but I'd never add a task that maybe you want a break from. If you write, I WILL read. Whenever you do. Love you.

You haven't heard as much from me recently because I'm running to catch up with myself. Not being highly successful either. BUT I never delete your stuff without reading first - even if it takes me a week or two to get to it. Keep on sending all you will and I'll love it later if not immediately!

I enjoy reading your blogs and would like to contiue reading them as you enter into this next phase of your life. I've been sharing your stories that you've shared here with my family, and we're all interested to see what you do next. As far as the most memorable stories - all of them. We talk about what you've been doing as if you're part of our family and yes, sometimes envy you for the places you've been. But more than anything, you've been inspiring those of us who are also middle-aged and wanting to wander to re-examine our lives a bit more and to see what we can dare to try in this next phase of life. So keep sharing what you're comfortable with.

As a note: I like seeing what you come up with next, especially the new things you're trying and your reactions to setbacks and how you find new ways to go forward (I remember the train dropping you in the middle of nowhere). Or when you weren't sure you would going to be able to celebrate Tet in Vietnam.

As for the audio - yes, sometimes I've listened to it. More often I read, but it really depends on what I'm doing during the day.

Katt! Thank you so much for this thoughtful comment. I am glad you enjoy reading along with our adventures. So . . . what would you dare try in this next phase of life, if the limitations, real or perceived, were removed? I'd love to hear about your dreams.

We're in the process of it now. Will tell you when things are official but it's starting with a building which we should know about officially in a day or two. :) The goal is to tell stories on a very big scale. :)
