I enjoyed hearing your rendition of Sam McGee. I remember Biff Copeland used to recite that poem around the campfire at YMCA Family camp every summer at Lake Sequoia. Great poem. Well presented!
Thanks! Fun that it was a summer camp campfire staple for you. And extra fun that his name was Biff. An old boyfriend of mine used to give that name at restaurants and coffee shops, just because he liked to hear it get called out. “Biff, party of two? Biff?” His name has nothing to do with Biff. 😉
Love the video and the story telling! Great job for both of you. I am really enjoying your travel posts. What a life! Much envy from me!! May God bless you and keep you safe! Helen
Excellently done recitation and production of this fine old tale!! The amazing talent and skill of both of you never fails to stun me! Great work of art from a great team!!
Nicely done Sherry! I remember reading the creation of Sam McGee and it must have been in school! I was an avid reader as a new kid in grade 4 in Toronto after we had just moved from St.Catharines! We were in a four-plex and I remember reading 20,000 Leagues under the Sea by Jules Verne in the hallway of the complex!!
Fantabulous! I enjoyed immensely both film and narration. I confess, as a burn survivor, there were a couple of cringy lines. You two make a great team. Well done. (Omg, an accidental pun).

Thanks, Helen! It’s a weird little life we have, ut most days we love it. 💜
Excellent video, the actress and producer!
Haha, thanks, Cindy. It was fun to make.

Aw, thanks! I'm so glad you enjoyed it. We sure had fun putting it together. 💜
Maybe not the last! Pretty sure you've gotta come back thru again 🤪. So more canadian stories to come!!! At a later date 🤣
We could never get enough of Canada and your family. 💙🧡 We'll be back, eventually.
Great reading!
Thanks, Diana! 😊

Ah, the reading we do in the early years can set the course for our lives.
